Second India-Lanka delayed due to wet conditions

Colombo, Aug 20 (UNI) The start of the second one-dayer between India and Sri Lanka in the three-match Unitech Cup has been delayed due to wet conditions at the Singhalese Sports Club here today.

The next round of inspection by umpires will take place at 1200 hrs.

So far, only 16 minutes of play has been possible in the Unitech Cup, reduced to a two-team affair after South Africa pulled out.

The first one-dayer between India and Sri Lanka was washed out yesterday.
