NIIT allots 13,950 equity shares of Rs 10 to 19 employees

New Delhi, Aug 20 (UNI) NIIT Ltd has said that it will allot 13,950 equity shares of Rs 10 each to 19 employees of the company.

The Share Allottment Committee of the Board of Directors of the company has decided this at a meeting, a company statement said.

Recently, the company tied up with the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, to offer executive development programmes using broadband technology.
