MP politicians condole Shukla's demise

Bhopal, Aug 20 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Assembly Speaker Ishwardas Rohani and Assembly Deputy Speaker Hazarilal Raghuvanshi have condoled the demise of former speaker of the State Assembly Rajendra Prasad Shukla, who passed away in Bilaspur in Chhattisgarh this morning.

In his condolence message, Mr Chouhan said Dr Shukla enhanced the glory of the Madhya Pradesh Vidhan Sabha and contributed immensely to the development of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh states.

Leader of Opposition Jamuna Devi, Commerce Minister Babulal Gaur and Public Relations Minister Narendra Tomar also expressed grief over Dr Shukla's demise.

All of them prayed for peace to the departed and strength to the bereaved family.
