Govt reserves 25 pc seats for women in ITIs
Chandigarh, Aug 20 (UNI) Haryana Government has decided to reserve 25 per cent seats for women in all the Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) of the state in this academic session as a part of observing the 'Girl Child Year 2006'.
Making the announcement, a spokesman of Haryana Industrial Training and Vocational Department said that some reserved seats in some ITIs were lying vacant which would be filled up through the current admission process.
He said that the prospectus-cum-admission form could be obtained from the office of the Principal of the respective ITIs.
For further details, the respective ITI at the district headquarters could be contacted, he added.
