DHFL to provide housing finance for Dubai-based NRIs

New Delhi, Aug 20 (UNI) Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd (DHFL), leading private housing finance company, has opened its first representative office in Dubai, to provide housing loans and advisory services to NRIs based in UAE to purchase homes and plots in India.

To help its customers in this process, the company has set up 'Property Support' services in its Dubai office to enable customers in identifying properties in India. The company will also carry out the preliminary appraisal for the customers from its Dubai office with the help of the branch offices in India.

''DHFL will provide hassle-free service to NRIs looking to purchase property in India. Our pan-India network of branches and service locations will help us to provide total housing solution to our customers in Dubai seeking to purchase a house in any part of India,'' DHFL Managing Director Kapil Wadhawan said.

The company will also offer a range of housing products including home loans, home improvement loans, plot loans, mortgage loans and home extension loans, besides home loan linked insurance policies to its customers.

DHFL provides housing finance to the lower and middle income (LMI) segment in India. It has presence in more than 153 locations across India.
