Commissioner of Rail Safety to inquire into fire mishap

Hyderabad, Aug 20 (UNI) Commissioner of Railway Safety, South Central Circle, R P Agarwal, will hold a statutory inquiry into today's fire mishap in which five bogies of the Chennai-Hyderabad Express were gutted.

According to Railway sources, the inquiry would be conducted on August 23 at Divisional Railway Manager's Conference Hall here.

Five bogies of the Chennai-Hyderabad Express were gutted after a fire broke out in one of the compartments today,causing panic at the Secunderabad Railway Station.

Fire tenders rushed to the spot to put out the flames and prevent them from spreading to other bogies.
