18 injured in bus collision

Vijayawada, Aug 20 (UNI) Eighteen passengers, including drivers of two Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC) buses were injured when the vehicles collided head-on at Bhavanipuram here today.

According to the police, the accident occurred when the APSRTC bus coming here from Hyderabad and the other proceeding to Jaggaiahpeta from collided causing injuries to the passengers of both the buses.

The injured were admitted to the government hospital, police added.
