Two run over by truck at Lakhanpur

Jammu, Aug 19 (UNI) Two agents of the Regional Transport Office were run over by a truck at Lakhanpur in Kathua district last evening, police said today.

The two agents were standing on the roadside when a rashly driven truck run over them. Both died on the spot, police said.

The deceased have been identified as Balwan, resident of Maroli and Rajan, resident of Nagri (Kathua). Their bodies have been shifted to the DH Kathua mortuary for an autopsy. The driver is absconding, police said.
