Reliance Insurance to launch health, travel products

Kochi, Aug 19 (UNI) Reliance General Insurance is in the process of launching new customer-centric products for health, travel and home, company CEO and president K A Somasekharan said today.

Speaking on the occasion of the company opening its regional office here, Mr Somasekharan said Reliance General Insurance would focus on the retail sector.

Describing Kerala as one of the key regions identified for future growth, he said the setting up of the branch office here today was the first step in realising this potential. The company would soon set up more offices in the state, he added.

He said Reliance General Insurance currently offered more than 80 insurance products and all these would be sold through its office here.

Reliance General Insurance, part of the Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group, offered a number of products for both the corporate and individual customer, he added.
