Chennai, Aug 19 (UNI) Qmax Test Equipments Private Limited, a market leader in the Asia Pacific region through its innovative and high-tech Electronic Automated Test Equipment (ATE), has signed a joint venture agreement with the US based Wayne Ker Electronics to sell its products in North American Market.

Giving details of the agreement to newspersons here, Mr S R Sabapathi, Managing Director said the agreement would be mutally beneficial as the US company could benefit by marketing our products under the co-branded name "Wayne Ker Qmax" and Qmax by expanding its business.

Thanks to the pact, which would be in force for two years, Qmax products would now be available in the North American market, he said adding no financial transaction was involved in the joint venture for co-branding Qmax products.

Qmax products were successful because of its leading edge technology and its innovative solutions had always kept pace with fast changing electronics and automation field, he said.
