PM to take part in Hindi convention in Bangalore

Hyderabad, Aug 19 (UNI) Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will inaugurate the southern states convention in Bangalore shortly to promote Hindi, according to Former Karnataka Chief Minister N Dharam Singh.

The Prime Minister had agreed to take part in the convention after the Monsoon session of Parliament, aimed at promoting the National languauge in the southern states for national integration, Mr Singh said while presiding over the freedom fighters' convention organised by the Institute of Historical Research of Freedom Struggle(IHRFS) here today.
