Lashker militant arrested with grenades in Kashmir

Srinagar, Aug 19 (UNI) Security forces apprehended an upper ground worker of Pakistan based Lashker-e- Toiba (LeT) who was in possesion of two hand grenades in South Kashmir, an official spokesman said.

In a joint operation the Central Reserve Polie Force (CRPF) and the Jammu and Kashmir Police apprehended the LeT worker from Pulwama bus stand last evening.

The arrested LeT man, whose identity was not disclosed for security reasons, was being taken for interrogation, he said.
