Jindal Stainless declares 80 pc dividend for FY'06

Mumbai, Aug 19 (UNI) The Baord of Jindal Stainless Ltd has recommended 80 per cent dividend, equivalent of Re 1.60 per equity share of Rs 2 each, for the financial year ended March 31, 2006.

The company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the above decision was taken by it's Board of Directors at their meeting which was held on August 18, 2006.

The Board also inducted Mr Ashis Das as Joint Managing Director&COO (Orissa Division) and Mr V S Jain as Additional Director with effect from August 18, 2006.

It also ratified the alteration in the registered fffice of the company ''Delhi Road'', Hisar, Haryana to '' O P Jindal Marg'', Hisar, Haryana.

Further the company has informed that the register of members&share transfer books of the company will remain closed from September 09, 2006 to September 20, 2006 for the purpose of payment of dividend&Annual General Meeting of the Company.
