Jagat says will respond after receiving show cause notice

Jaipur, Aug 19 (UNI) Jagat Singh, the son of former External Affairs Minister Natwar Singh who was suspended from the Congress, said he would give his reply to the state leadership after receiving the show cause notice.

The Rajasthan Pradesh Congress Committee (RPCC) had suspended Jagat Singh from the primary membership of the party and served a show-cause notice for indiscipline and anti- party activities following the release of the Justice Pathak enquiry report.

Mr Singh had also categorically said he would attend the farmers rally organised by the Rajasthan Jat Mahasabha and Rajasthan Kisan Sangarh Samiti jointly on August 23 in Jaipur.

He alleged that some Congres leaders have launched a mud slinging campaign aganist his father and claimed that the Pathak enquiry report had nothing against the former career diplomat.
