Villagers are being attacked in Salwa Judum's name: Maoists
Jagdalpur, Aug 14 (UNI) Maoists naxalites have alleged that tribals in the South Bastar region of Chhattisgarh are being attacked in the name of anti-naxalite 'Salwa Judum' campaign.
In a statement, naxal leader Kosa said armed forces and special police officers (SPOs) got down at the villages from helicopter and attacked villagers in the name of Salwa Judum campaign.
Meanwhile, security has been tightened in sensitive areas in view of Independence Day celebration. Precautionary measures were being taken in view of possible naxalite attack.
