Adani Exports name changed to Adani Enterprises

New Delhi, Aug 14 (UNI) The flagship company of the Adani Group, Adani Exports Ltd, today said it has changed the name of the company to Adani Enterprises Ltd.

The change in name is effective from August 10, 2006, vide certificate issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat dated August 10, 2006, a company statement said.

The Ahmedabad-based company has offices in Singapore, UAE and the US. With a long-term vision, the company is developing a minor Port at Belekeri, North Karnataka to handle iron ore and other bulk cargo.

The product range is organised under the T E A M structure -- Textiles, Energy, Agriculture and Metals. Its product portfolio includes iron ore, fertiliser raw materials etc.
