VSP contributes relief materials worth Rs 3.5 lakh

Visakhapatnam, Aug 12 (UNI) The Visakhapatnam Steel Plant (VSP) today contributed relief materials worth Rs 3.5 lakh to the flood-affected people of Konaseema region in East Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh.

A VSP team comprising K M Rao, Deputy Chief Manager Administration and Senior Medical Officer, Public Health handed over the material to district Collector.

The material consisted of biscuits, bread, water, bedsheets, dhotis, saris and towels. Some of the relief material were distributed in the marooned places of Uppalaguptam mandal.
