Two smugglers arrested with 4 KG charas, 12 KG poppy
Jammu, Aug 12 (UNI) The Jammu and Kashmir police have arrested two smugalers and has recovered four kilograms of charas and 12 kilograms of poppy straw from them.
Police said they busted a narcotic racket at two different places in Samba town on the Jammu-Pathankot national highway on the basis of a tip-off Four kilograms of charas and 12 kilograms of poppy straw was recovered from the vehicle which was intercepted at the highway.
Two persons travelling in the vehicle were arrested. They have been identified as Rinku Grover and Tarsem Singh, both the residents of Ferozepur in Punjab.
