Probe Sonia's involvement in oil for food scam: BJP

Hyderabad, Aug 12 (UNI) Senior BJP Leader Murli Manohar Joshi today demanded the Justice Pathak Enquiry Commission examine the alleged involvement of AICC President Sonia Gandhi in the Iraq ''oil for food'' scandal to check the veracity of Mr Natwar Singh's statements.

Alleging the Pathak report ignored mentioning the Congress leader's name in its final report, Mr Joshi told newspersons the report had been ''simply passed away'' by avoiding stating Ms Gandhi as a beneficiary in the scandal.

The report did not reveal the names of ''big fish'' in the scandal, he claimed.
