Mumbai, Aug 12 (UNI) After having a successful career in India, Nigerian Chima Okeri will return to the country as the CEO of the Bengal Mumbai Football Club (BMFC).
Okeri played for two of the Kolkata football giants East Bengal and Mohun Bagan in the '80s and '90s.
BMFC Managing Director Krishnendu Sen said Okeri has also been appointed as the coach of the team from this season onwards.
The club, which was launched in the '90s with much fanfare and hopes, however, failed to deliver and the club felt that Okeri would help them become a better side and live upto the expectations.
