Goetze (India) now Federal-Mogul Goetze (India)

New Delhi, Aug 11: Goetze (India) Ltd today said that the name of the company has been changed from Goetze (India) Limited to 'Federal-Mogul Goetze (India) Ltd' with effect from August 3, 2006.

The company, which manufactures pistons, piston rings, cylinders liners, light alloy products and sintered parts, was established as a joint venture with Goetze-Werke of Germany.

Goetze-Werke is now owned by Federal-Mogul Corporation of the US, a 6.3 billion company and one of the largest manufacturer of automotive components in the world.

UNI
