VSP renders assistance to flood-affected people

Amalapuram, Andhra Pradesh Aug 10 (UNI) Visakhapatnam Steel Plant (VSP) today supplied food packets, water and clothes to the flood-affected people here, according to East Godavari District Collector M Subramanyam .

Mr Subramanyam said VSP had made arrangements to conduct medical camps in the affected areas.

VSP employees had decided to donate one day wages to the Chief Minister's relief fund, which would amount to more than Rs one crore, he added.
