Rupee opens strong by 3 paisa at 46.44/45 USD

Mumbai, Aug 10: Indian currency today opened strong by three paisa at Rs 46.44/45 per US Dollar compared to the previous close of Rs 46.47 per US Dollar, a trader in the money market said.

In the mid-morning trade, rupee was trading at Rs 46.43/44 per US Dollar.

The stock market too opened in the green by 30 points and is currently trading at 11,180.47 points up 35 points from the previous close.
