Jet, Qantas sign codeshare pact for flights to Singapore, Australia
New Delhi, Aug 10 (UNI) Jet Airways and Qantas today announced a codeshare arrangement to offer seamless journeys on the India-Australia route from September 6.
At the same time, Jet said it will launch daily direct services connecting New Delhi and Singapore. The airline already operates daily direct flights from Mumbai and Chennai to the island nation.

Added Qantas' executive general manager John Borghetti: ''We'll now offer greater than daily frequency between Sydney and Mumbai when combined with the existing Qantas thrice weekly Airbus A330-300 services.'' In addition, Perth gains a daily codeshare connection to Mumbai.
''We'll also offer Delhi with daily connections to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth via Singapore,'' said Mr Borghetti.
