Indians in Nepal under threat from Maoists

New Delhi, Aug 10: Congress member in the Rajya Sabha, Santosh Bagrodia, today expressed concern at the recent threat by Maoists to Indian nationals in Nepal and asked the government to ensure security of Indian interests.

Speaking during the Special Mentions, he said the government should persuade the Nepalese government to check such incidents and make sure that the country did not become a hub of anti-India activities.

Mr C Perumal of AIADMK, demanded setting up a new rail coach factory in Madhya Pradesh while Mr Ram Narayan Sahu (SP) expressed concern at the recent murders in Delhi.

Mrs Prema Cariappa (Congress) demanded providing facilities of payment through money orders under the RTI Act as application fee.
