HC grants three months time to CBI to complete SSLC case probe

Kochi, Aug 10 (UNI) The Kerala High Court today granted three months' time to the CBI to complete the investigation in the SSLC question paper leakage case.

Justice A K Basheer reminded the CBI about the seriousness of the case and said that investigation has to be expedited.

The CBI SP had sought extension of time to complete the investigation stating that the accused are to be subjected to scientific tests since they have not made full disclosure of the facts and the replies of accused during interrogation were inconsistent and contradictory to each other.

The case relates to the leakage of question papers of the SSLC examination held in March,2005.
