BSNL introduces 'call control scheme

Eluru, Andhra Pradesh, Aug 10 (UNI) Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has introduced a new scheme 'call budgeting' to basic phone customers in west Godavari district,the first of its kind in Andhra Pradesh circle.

The scheme would facilitate the basic phone customers to decide their monthly phone call budget,according to L Anantaram, General Manager,BSNL, West Godavari district.

He said the scheme was initially being introduced in eluru and bhimavaram exchange it would be extended it to other exchanges based on feasibility.

He said in this scheme,the customer has to fix his monthly budget and after the prescribed limit has extended,the outgoing calls would not mature, He said bsnl has also introduced a toll free service 1669 for the landline customers here, Tadepalligudem and Tanuku exchanges.
