BJP condemns Left attitude in Lok Sabha

New Delhi, Aug 10 (UNI) The Bharatiya Janata Party today condemned the behaviour of Left parties' members for not allowing Question Hour in the Lok Sabha, forcing the Chair to adjourn the House till 1300 hrs.

Talking to UNI, BJP Parliamentary Party spokesman Vijay Kumar Malhotra said the Left parties members did not listen to the pleas of the Chair and created a furore.

The Left Parties had taken exception to former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee's letter to Lok Sabha Speaker Somnath Chatterjee.

Mr Malhotra said the same Left Parties always insisted that Question Hour should not be disturbed but today they themselves did it.

Maintaining that the whole NDA stood by each and every word of the letter, Mr Malhotra said Mr Vajpayee had not said anything wrong. He had expressed the feelings of NDA MPs.
