Sehwag unveils logo of Unitech Cup, trophy of tri-series

Bangalore, Aug 9 (UNI) The logo of the Unitech Cup, the trophy of the tri-series to be played in Sri Lanka from August 14, was unveiled by Indian Team vice-Captain Virendra Sehwag in the city today.

Immediately after unveiling the logo, Sehwag left the venue, disappointing a huge gathering of newspersons waiting to get a word from him.

Before the ceremony, BCCI Secretary Niranjan Shah told Sehwag ''The Trophy is going from India, bring it back by winning the tri-series.'' The Cup was being sponsored by Unitech Limited, the largest listed real estate company in the country.

Besides India and Sri Lanka, the other team participating in the tri-series in the emerald isles was South Africa.
