Real Estate summit to be held on Aug 18

New Delhi, Aug 9 (UNI) CREDAI NCR, a Delhi-NCR chapter of CREDAI will organise a 'Real Estate Marketing Summit, 2006' on August 18, to provide a platform to real estate promoters to address problems plaguing the sector.

''The Summit, 2006 will provide a platform for addressing problems of Real Estate Promoters and Developers of NCR Delhi, and initiate an organised action to the profession of building, construction and management for increasing efficiency, productivity and quality by modernisation and technology advancement,'' CREDAI NCR President Surender Gupta said.

Mr Gupta added that Indian real estate now needs to work in a more synchronised way to compete with the growing competition and to create an USP through research based approach.

This will be the first time that the summit is going to be organised in Asia, a company statement said.
