Gitanjali Gems enters into JV with Modern India

New Delhi, Aug 9: Hyderabad-based Gitanjali Gems today said it entered into an agreement with Modern India Ltd to form a joint venture, to enhance the business through a chain of jewellery shops.

As per the shareholders agreement, the company will subscribe an equal number of equity shares of Modali Jewels Pvt Ltd.

Modern India Ltd deals in businesses of textiles, real estate, education and jewellery.
