Student accused in hotel murder case sent to judicial custody
Hyderabad, Aug 8 (UNI) A Hotel Management student Naveen, who killed his two seniors Sanoy Cherian and Sanjay Giri over a row in Hyderabad on July 31 and fled to his home town New Delhi, was brought here and sent to 14 days Judicial remand.
The first year student of the Indian Institute of Hotel Management (IIHM), Naveen, was brought to Hyderabad from Delhi by the city police and was produced before the Court yesterday. He was taken to Chanchalguda Jail. Again he will be produced before the Court on August 21.
The city police stated that Naveen stabbed his seniors, when they warned him against drinking in public, Naveen, however, informed the police in Delhi that he had resorted to the extreme step, unable to bear ragging by his seniors.
Investigation was, underway, police said.
