Slight increase in water levels at three reservoirs
Thiruvananthapuram, Aug 8 (UNI) Water levels in three major reservoirs in Kerala registered a slight increase, compared to last week level.
The water level in Idduki dam rose to 2345.54 ft from 2344.48 ft while the level at Idamalayar reservoir went up to 504.76 ft from 501.61 ft. The water level at Kallada reservoir increased to 353.97 ft from 353.84 ft.
However, when compared to water levels recorded last year, the three reservoirs recorded a decrease, according to figures released by the Central Water Commission (CWC).
