JSL to consider FY06 results on Aug 18

New Delhi, Aug 8 (UNI) Jindal Stainless Ltd (JSL) today said that its board meeting would be held on August 18, 2006, to consider audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2006.

''The Board of Directors will meet on August 18 to consider and approve audited annual financial results for the year ended March 31, 2006,'' a company statement said.

JSL said payment of dividend for the year on equity shares of the company will also be considered in the meeting.
