FACT discusses JV urea plant in Egypt
Kochi, Aug 8 (UNI) A Syrian delegation visited the Fertilisers and Chemicals Travancore (FACT) plant at Udyogamandal here today to discuss setting up a joint venture urea plant in Egypt.
A FACT release said the delegation consisted of Abdul Karim Adi, Fawas Zaarour and Zaki Manna from M/s Adi Establisment, Syria.
They visited the FACT plant for bilateral discussions regarding the installation of a urea plant at Egypt as a joint venture between FACT and Adi Establishment.
Both parties made detailed presentations of their capabilities.
Only preliminary discussions were held about the proposed project. Detailed discussions would follow, the release added.
