Dabur approves its merger with Balsara, Besta
New Delhi, Aug 8 (UNI) FMCG major Dabur India today said it has approved the scheme of merger of Balsara Hygiene Products Ltd, Besta Cosmetics Ltd and Balsara Home Products Ltd, with itself.
This was decided by the unsecured creditors of the company at the meeting held today.
The amalgamation will give respective shareholders of the company requisite majority.
Dabur India Ltd, the fourth largest FMCG company in India, has products across the Health care, Personal care and Food product segments.
The company has an annul turnover of Rs 1899.57 crore. Its powerful brands include Dabur Amla, Dabur Chyawanprash, Vatika, Hajmola and Real.
