Ranbaxy's Religare appoints new head of Institutional Business

New Delhi, August 7 (UNI) Ranbaxy group promoted Religare Enterprises, a financial services provider in India, today appointed Ms Sangeeta Purushottam as the Head of its Mumbai-based Institutional Business.

As the Head of Institutional Business, Ms Purushottam would be responsible for expanding on the existing strengths of Religare's high quality institutional business.

Ms Purushottam brings to Religare over 20 years of industry experience working with big names both in India and International offices.

Earlier, She worked with Morgan Stanley Capital International Inc (MSCI) as an Executive Director and Head of India Office.

She has also been associated with ASK Raymond James as Head of Equities, Soc Gen Asia Securities both for India and Indonesia set up and ICICI's Investment banking JV with JP Morgan and Hong Kong Bank.
