Pantaloon Retail signs MoU with Manipal Health

New Delhi, Aug 7: Pantaloon Retail India today said it has tied up with Manipal Health Systems to form a 50:50 joint venture, to provide healthcare related services.

''Pantaloon has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Manipal Health Systems Pvt Ltd to form a 50:50 joint venture company for rendering healthcare related services and sale of health care products,'' a company release said.

On July 31, 2006, the retail major announced tying up with Blue Foods, to form a 50: 50 joint venture company, for setting up food courts and speciality restaurants across the country.
