Nimmi George new Kerala woman chess champion

Kochi, Aug 7 (UNI) Nimmi A George of Ernakulam district won the Kerala Chess Championship for Women.

After five rounds, Nimmi scored 4.5 points while E Sheena of Kannur district took the second place with 4.0 points.

Nimmi's sister Neenu A George came third in the championship.
