Kumaraswamy on 3-day official visit to New Delhi
Bangalore, Aug 7 (UNI) Karnataka Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy left here today for New Delhi on a three-day official visit.
Official sources here today said Mr Kumaraswamy was scheduled to meet Members of Parliaments from Karnataka today and discuss matters relating to state projects pending with the Centre.
Tomorrow, he would participate in a meeting called by Union Agriculture Minister Sharad Pawar to discuss the modalities for introducing the short-term credit scheme for farmers.
An all-party delegation led by Mr Kumaraswamy would meet the Prime Minister to discuss the border row with Maharashtra and urge him not to consider the latter's demand on the Belgaum issue.
The Chief Minister was scheduled to return to Bangalore on Wednesday.
