5 daily flights b/w B'lore-Mumbai by Indian

Bangalore, Aug 7: Indian will operate an additional daily flight between Bangalore and Mumbai from August 12, increasing the schedule to five flights, to meet the heavy rush during the festive season.

An Indian release here today said there would be two flights each in the morning and evening and an afternoon flight between the two cities.

The first flight IC 106 would leave Bangalore at 0835 hrs to reach Mumbai at 1005 hrs and the second IC 110 at 1100 hrs to reach Mumbai at 1230 hrs.

The afternoon flight IC 104 would take off from here at 1310 hrs and reach Mumbai at 1440 hrs. It would be followed by the evening flights IC 610, operating on Bangalore/Mumbai/Ahmedabad sector. It would leave Bangalore at 1700 hrs to reach Mumbai at 1830 hrs, leave Mumbai at 1930 hrs to reach Ahmedabad at 2030 hrs. The last flight IC 108 would leave here at 2000 hrs to reach Mumbai at 2130 hrs.

Indian would employ Airbus A 320 for all the five services, offering Executive and Economy class.

Similarly Indian would be operating five daily services in the return sector, the release added.
