Bhullar to defend Royal Challenge Golden Greens Amateur

Gurgaon, Aug 7 (UNI) Gaganjeet Bhullar is all set to defend the Royal Challenge Golden Greens Amateur Golf Championship which begins here tomorrow.

Bhullar comes into the tournament with back-to-back titles at the Royal Challenge Northern India Amateur and the Jaypee Open respectively.

The Royal Challenge will also witness the likes of Joseph Chakola, Himmat Rai, Anirban Lahiri, Chirag Kumar and Manav Jaini, among other top amateurs, vying for supremacy.

Manav Jaini will be one player to watch out here. The 23-year-old golfer finished runner-up to Bhullar at the Royal Challenge Northern India Amateur and the Jaypee Open.

Three-time Sri Lankan Amateur champion, Simarjeet Singh and his brother Jasjeet Singh will also provide serious challenge to the young guns.
