D Gnaneshwar, A Imran Khan, D Mahendran fined

Bangalore, Aug 6 (UNI) The stewards of the Bangalore Turf Club have imposed a fine of Rs 3000 each on Jockeys D Mahendran (Chand Tara) and A Imran Khan (Air Warrior) for excessive use of whip on their mounts during the Lively Emprey Plate held here last week.

A release issued by the Stewards here today said, Jockey B Prakash, the rider of One To Conquer, was imposed a fine of Rs 2,000 for coming 'in' and causing interference to Total Impact (J H Christopher) on his inside, which passed it on to Divine Force (A Imran Khan) along the rails passing the 200 M during the Leading Tipster Cup held here on Friday last.

Jockey D Gnaneshwar, the rider of Fantasy Moon, was fined Rs 3000 for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the Champion Trainer cup on Friday.

Trainer Hidayat Khan was fined Rs 2,000 for faulty saddling (Leading owner cup Div II) during the Friday races.
