Cong leader, two others die in road accident

Raisen, MP, Aug 6 (UNI) Three people, including Congress leader and former district cooperative bank chairman Naresh Jain, were killed when a truck collided with a car last night, police said today.

The car was heading from the state capital to Silwani when the incident occurred near Pathari area.

The Congress leader and one Sunil died while on way to hospital.

Driver Amjad was admitted to hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.

Mr Jain's last rites would be performed at his home town Silwani today.
