At least 9 dead in rocket attack in Israel-medics
KIRYAT SHMONA, Israel, Aug 6 (Reuters) At least nine people were killed when a Hizbollah rocket hit a residential building in the northern Israeli village of Kfar Giladi today, the ZAKA rescue service said.
The Magen David Adom ambulance service said eight to 10 people had been killed in the strike. At least another 10 people were wounded.
Other rockets landed around the Israeli border town of Kiryat Shmona.
Before the latest strikes, the guerrillas had killed 33 civilians in rocket attacks.
