4 drowned, 40 others missing as boat capsizes in Yamuna river

Chandigarh, Aug 6 (UNI) Four people drowned and 40 others were missing when a boat carrying them capsized in Yamuna river at Mona village in Faridabad district this morning, police here said.

Bodies of the four people were recovered from the river. Divers have been called to trace out the missing persons from the river.

Police and civil authorities have rushed to the site and launched a rescue operation.
