KLG Systel, ST Kinetics ink pact to work in Asia

New Delhi, Aug 5: KLG Systel Ltd (KLGS) and defence applications developer Singapore Technologies Kinetics Ltd (STK) have signed an Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to jointly develop breakthrough technology products in the power utility and energy area.

According to the agreement, the companies will work in collaboration on marketing, sale, production and technology interface of their products in Asia, a company statement said.

''With our 15 years of experience in India's infrastructure and power sector and STK's expertise in manufacturing metering apparatus, we hope to create practical and applicable solutions for the country,'' KLGS MD Kumud Goel said.

KLGS provides IT-centric, organisation-life-cycle software solutions, consultancy, support and training and services to companies in the process, power, manufacturing and infrastructure sectors.

STK is a part of Singapore Technologies Engineering, an integrated engineering group providing solutions and services in the aerospace, electronics, land systems and marine sectors.
