Gadaria gang member injured in encounter

Gwalior, Aug 5 (UNI) A member of notorious Dayram Rambabu Gadaria dacoit gang was reportedly injured in an encounter between police and the bandits today at the forest in Shivpuri district's Survaya area, police said.

Additional Director General of Police S S Shukla told UNI that the encounter took place when police was carrying out search operation in the area.

As per preliminary reports, a dacoit was injured.

Police had cordoned off the area and combing was on.
