Fake medicines worth Rs 15 lakh seized

Gonda, Aug 5 (UNI) Police have seized fake medicines worth Rs 15 lakh and arrested three people in Bargaon area here.

Police today said the seizure and arrests was made after a raid was conducted in a godown near Basti Khaira last evening.

The gang's business was spread in Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Bihar, they said.

Meanwhile, after interrogation of the accused, a raid team had been dispatched to Basti and Faizabad districts.

A case had been registered.
