Court cognizes chargesheet in Rahul Mahajan's case

New Delhi, Aug 5: A city court today took cognisance of the chargesheet filed by Delhi police against Rahul Mahajan, son of late BJP leader Pramod Mahajan, and five others in the drug overdose case.

Appearing before the court of Additional Sessions Judge S N Gupta, Rahul Mahajan, Harish Sharma, Ganesh, Sahil Zaroo and two Nigerians replied to the notice issued by the court.

The court has released Harish Sharma and Ganesh and ordered them to furnish a bail bond of Rs 20, 000 and one surety of the same amount.
